We stand behind the quality of Buy Essential products.
Buy Essential stands behind the quality of its products and guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy.
The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, and partially used products (30%) accompanied with an invoice. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon Buy Essential Direct Seller/Preferred Customer to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.
* Buy Essential Returns Policy for Direct Seller/PC:
Direct Seller/PC may return the products within 30 days of purchase as follows:

*Marketable refers to products that are unopened, unused, not expired and, not seasonal, discontinued or special promotional products and/or services.
**Unmarketable are products which have been partially used (30%).
***Excess stock refers to products greater than or equal to six in number
Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Correct Product:
name/ image/ brand/ model number/ should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product:
All in-the-box should be present.
Unused Product:
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product:
The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging:
Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

General Rules for a successful Return:
- In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
- During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. - For products where installation is provided by Buy Essential service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Buy Essential authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
- For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
